Our Approach
At iSAFE, we prioritize being culturally informed and culturally responsive by embracing the diverse backgrounds of our participants and ensuring that our approach is sensitive to the unique cultural contexts of each individual and community. Our programming is firmly grounded in a trauma-informed approach, which recognizes and addresses the effects of trauma with a focus on safety, trustworthiness, peer support, and empowerment. By integrating these principles, we cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes learning, healing and growth for all participants.
